When buying or selling a home, I believe that the process should be supportive, clear, and as low-stress as possible. Before real estate, I spent many years as a business owner and advisor, working with individuals and families during important life changes. That experience taught me how much responsiveness, patience, attention to detail, and trust really matter, and those values are rooted in how I work with every client.

After moving with my husband, Mark, from Pittsburgh, PA, I’ve been proud to call Waynesville home since 2021. I love helping people discover what makes this area so special.  Whether you’re buying your first home, relocating, or beginning a new chapter in retirement in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina, I’m here to guide you and help you navigate the process every step of the way, making it as smooth and successful as possible.

A defining part of my background includes nearly 17 years owning and operating two in-home senior care franchises, where my staff and I supported hundreds of older adults and their families. This deep foundation in aging services makes me especially supportive of retirees and older adults hoping to age in place here. I bring practical knowledge and expertise about lifestyle needs and home suitability. My aim is to help clients choose a home that fit their lives now and continue to work well for them in the years ahead.

Mark and I have a blended family with five adult children and one grandchild spread across four states. When I’m not working, I enjoy hiking, cooking, volunteering, and traveling. Mark is an avid fly fisher — I’ve tried it myself and still have a lot to learn! We love getting out to local events and being part of the community.  Giving back is important to me, and I’m grateful to be involved locally as the Founder and Administrator of the Women’s Business Alliance of Haywood County, a board member of KARE, a children's advocacy center, and an advisory member for Senior Oral Health Services.
